Prescription Cards
Prescription cards are for individuals that do not have health insurance, or need medicine not covered by an insurance plan. This card could lower the cost of your medication by an average of 30% or more. There are no age restrictions, no income restrictions, and no limit on how many times you can use it. Present the prescription card and prescription to any participating pharmacy. Limited One (1) per family.
