Back to School Shopping for eligible students from various Independent School Districts in Hidalgo and Starr Counties. Schools are rotated; students must be in Jr. High and selected by counselors.

Will assist human service organizations to better track individuals’ needs, document whether needs are met, and also help decrease duplication of services.
